About The Position

Talan is seeking an IT Project Manager to support its Renewables and Industrial Cybersecurity activities. This role requires a strong focus on coordination and reporting, sitting at the intersection of IT, business, and data. The Project Manager will ensure the smooth execution of IT deployments across solar projects while maintaining clear visibility through dashboards and KPIs.

Requirements

• Project Management / PMO / Business Analysis
• Strong functional and business-oriented mindset (more functional than technical)
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable with data, reporting, and dashboards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
• Ability to understand processes and clearly explain data insights
• Autonomous, structured, and able to work efficiently in a small team

Nice To Haves

• Industry knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT deployments across solar farms (networks, OT security, remote access)
• Act as a central point of coordination between IT, cybersecurity, business teams, and external vendors
• Track cybersecurity actions, risks, and remediation (ServiceNow)
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting
• Support PMO activities (project tracking, KPIs, reporting)
