Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: Detail-oriented IT Project Manager to plan and drive the execution of our company’s IT Portfolio and roadmap using Agile principles and frameworks to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and efficient delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related discipline.
  • Experience: 5+ years of IT project management experience, ideally within a PMO environment and technology-driven organizations.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and practical experience with AIdriven project management methodologies, native AI capabilities (including predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and generative AI assistants), and emerging technologies.
  • AI Mindset: Ability to identify opportunities for AI integration, automation, and ethical use of AI in project delivery.
  • Agile Leadership: Demonstrated success in facilitating PI Planning sessions and effectively managing Agile backlogs.
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into clear options, decisions, and impacts; proven stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft applications, and reporting dashboards.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies with strong facilitation skills for collaborative planning sessions.
  • Industry experience in automotive or manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with risk management practices and executive-level reporting frameworks.
  • Background in automotive/EV programs, hardware-software integrated products, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to blend stage-gate and Agile/Lean practices pragmatically to meet project needs.
  • Experience establishing governance structures, portfolio dashboards, and KPI frameworks across multiple teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of enterprise IT applications, integrations, and infrastructure.
  • Expertise in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, DevOps, Lean) with flexibility to tailor processes to project requirements.
  • Knowledge of automotive IT standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage with executive leadership and technical teams.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence decision-making in complex IT environments.
  • Proficiency in project management related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Advanced Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven ability to scale IT project management functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a high-paced, evolving IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide AI project management expertise, guiding teams through emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Champion an AI mindset across projects—leveraging data-driven insights, automation opportunities, and ethical AI practices to enhance delivery and decision-making.
  • Work with minimal or vague data, distilling insights, and crafting compelling executive-level presentations that support key technological decisions and long-term planning
  • Lead project execution status meetings to track progress and identify risks ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is well-informed about project progress and any changes in requirements.
  • Implement robust quality assurance measures to deliver high-quality project outcomes that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Prepare and present status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
  • Emphasize continuous improvement and learning within the project team by facilitating retrospectives and sharing best practices.
  • Facilitate PI (Program Increment) Planning sessions quarterly to align teams and prioritize backlogs.
