The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager 2 to support the Office of Health Information Systems. This role serves as a key leader in implementing, optimizing, and operating an agile System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and corresponding project management (PM) methodology. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, experienced project manager, and effective collaborator who thrives in a dynamic environment centered on innovation and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will also possess an understanding of Epic modules across both clinical and revenue cycle applications to accurately scope project requirements, identify subject matter experts, and allocate the appropriate technical and functional resources needed to drive successful project outcomes. This knowledge ensures alignment between IT delivery teams, clinical stakeholders, and operational leadership throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
