About The Position

The Opportunity: Project managers touch every single part of a business and wear multiple hats: from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in business development and being a key contributor to their employees’ growth. In this role, you will support project coordination and management of a complex cybersecurity program. You’ll partner with cybersecurity operations, engineering, A & A, GRC, and mission teams to manage projects, resources, and scheduling across the Information Security Program. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management or cybersecurity
  • Experience preparing project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and deliverable trackers
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Ability to assist with day-to-day project administration, scheduling, and task tracking
  • Ability to track resource assignments, team availability, and project schedule updates
  • Ability to ensure adherence to organizational standards, templates, and compliance requirements
  • Public Trust HS diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience communicating complex security concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Experience within a federal health or research oriented organization
  • Experience with Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow project management tools
  • Knowledge of stakeholder analysis and change management to drive adoption of security recommendations
  • Ability to facilitate working sessions, build consensus, and present recommendations confidently
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CAPM Certification
