Requirements

Experience managing complex IT, data, or analytics programs in secure, hybrid, or multi‑enclave environments
Experience leading cross‑functional teams across cloud, data, AI/ML, and DevSecOps disciplines
Knowledge of Agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, PI coordination, and roadmap development
Ability to translate mission workflows and stakeholder priorities into technical requirements, execution plans, and actionable milestones
Ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and communication across stakeholders, applying critical thinking to resolve complex challenges
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in project or program management, or 12+ years of experience in project or program management in lieu of degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI/ML or data‑driven workflows, such as multimodal analytics or entity extraction
Experience to modern cloud or DevSecOps environments, including containerized applications or microservices
Experience coordinating projects across hybrid cloud or multi‑enclave systems
Knowledge of data governance concepts like access controls, lineage, or recordkeeping
Agile or project management certification such as PMP, SAFe, or CSM
