About The Position
Fusion Technology is seeking a Security-cleared Professional with a Top Secret (TS) Clearance to serve as an IT Project Lead. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related experience, with a strong understanding of SAFe Agile methodology and its application in project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively manage project teams and achieve successful outcomes. The position is located in Clarksburg, WV and is on-site.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of related experience
- Strong understanding of SAFe Agile methodology and its application in project management
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- SAFe Agile certification
- PMP certification from an accredited institution
Responsibilities
- Defining the project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives using SAFe Agile principles.
- Tracking tasks, epics, user stories, and issues in Jira, while monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicating project status, risks, and escalations to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Fostering cross-team collaboration and implementing Agile process improvements to ensure successful project delivery.
