About The Position

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor on-site technicians performing system updates, cleanups, or deployments
Ensure technicians adhere to schedules, arrive on time, and complete assigned tasks
Serve as the central point of contact for field teams, addressing issues and escalations in real time
Track progress of ongoing projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Coordinate logistics and ensure proper resource allocation across multiple sites
Maintain clear documentation of project status, risks, and outcomes
Verify the accuracy of system updates, configurations, and data entries
Identify discrepancies and drive resolution with technicians or internal teams
Support system cleanup initiatives to improve operational efficiency and data quality
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance
Collaborate with IT, operations, and clinic teams to ensure smooth implementation
Escalate risks or delays proactively to leadership
