About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of "Making Technology Simple". Currently, we provide quality solutions such as Technical Support, Low Voltage Services, Audio Visual Services, Staffing Augmentation, and Professional Development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT, Audio-Visual, or Low Voltage project coordination or management.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project or other PM software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field but NOT Required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.
  • Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize their impact.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring project goals are met.
  • Maintain detailed records of project activities, decisions, and changes to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Track project expenses, ensure adherence to the budget, and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
