The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day IT project activities to help ensure projects are completed on time and organized effectively. This role focuses on communication, scheduling, documentation, task tracking, and coordination between internal teams, vendors, clients, and field personnel. This position also requires regular field visits to observe project activity, gather updates, verify equipment or installation progress, and support communication between onsite teams and office staff. This is a coordination-focused role and not a formal IT Project Manager position.
