Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative support or project coordination, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with clients and technicians at all levels.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges efficiently.
A positive, can-do attitude that fosters a productive and results-driven work environment.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure to provide basic technical support and assist in defining the technical scope of work for projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and coordination of IT projects, including timelines, budgets, resources, and tasks.
Work closely with project managers to track project progress and ensure milestones are met.
Adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Develop and maintain project documentation, such as budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
Handle administrative tasks, including invoice management, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
Utilize project management tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet) to track project progress and generate reports.
Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure availability at the right time.
Assign tasks to team members and assist them in understanding project milestones and deliverables.
Act as the primary liaison between project clients and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct meetings with clients to assess their needs, define project requirements, and establish timelines.
Schedule stakeholder meetings, facilitate discussions, and generate progress reports.
