About The Position

Responsible for assisting Head of IT in various duties as required. This role involves collecting business department requirements, managing projects, conducting analysis, testing and maintaining web applications, managing software inventory, developing internal tools and scripts, and communicating with C-suite executives. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Database and report development: SQL Knowledge
• Ability to be flexible and work within tight deadlines.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related to software development.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Nice To Haves

• Master degree preferred.
• Prior working experience in banking application development and/or reporting development is a plus.
• Prior 2-3 years working experience in Bank or in Banking system is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist to collect information of business department’s requirements and discuss the details of requirements with the colleagues from the business department to decide what result can be generated by IT department.
• Assist to manage the project, including organizing business team testing, conducting troubleshooting, and collecting all project-related documents.
• Assist to conduct the business requirement analysis, including business requirement document preparation, detail of desired functions analysis and interface technical specification analyzing.
• Assist to conduct the testing and maintain the functions of web applications to ensure they work as expected.
• Assist to conduct the software and application inventory maintenance, classification and security evaluation.
• Assist to develop internal tools and scripts to increase the production efficiency of IT department and bank, using PHP, Python, SQL, Wordpress etc.
• Able to communicate with the C-suite to conduct troubleshooting, understand the technical solutions, and collaborate with the project team to complete the project management procedures.
