The IT Project Coordinator (AI-Focus) is a hands-on technical role that directly contributes to the design, implementation, and delivery of technology initiatives across the organization. This role coordinates scope, schedule, budget, and communications while actively participating in solution design, implementation planning, and technical reviews alongside IT subject matter experts. The project portfolio spans AI-enabled solutions, data governance initiatives, Microsoft 365 and cloud-based solutions. Project Types (Examples) AI & Automation – enterprise AI rollouts, AI-assisted workflow pilots, agentic automation, governance-led enablement. Data Governance – data security/compliance controls, information protection, analytics/BI enablement (e.g., Power BI), data access governance. Microsoft Technologies – Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Teams, Exchange, and productivity services. Cloud-Based Solutions – infrastructure and application deployments across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
