  • Hands-on experience in a Microsoft 365 environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in banking or other regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated use of Microsoft Planner for project management.
  • Familiarity with Intune, security tools, or PowerShell.

  • Enthusiasm for AI assistants and modern productivity tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal IT projects from initiation through completion, including effective coordination with vendors.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between business departments, IT teams, and third-party partners to ensure projects deliver real business value.
  • Manage timelines, testing, implementation, and clear documentation.
  • Drive business process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and the customer/employee experience.

Benefits

  • You’ll become part of a proud, family-oriented culture rooted in history, community, and resilience.
  • Your work will directly contribute to modernizing a historic institution while helping us continue our mission of economic empowerment for the communities we’ve served for more than a century.
  • This is more than just an IT job — it’s an opportunity to help carry forward a 115-year legacy of service through smart, impactful technology.
