About The Position

Conduent is seeking a senior Information Technology project manager to lead cross-functional, global teams and deliver outcomes that enable the company to provide solutions for its clients. The role plans, organizes, directs, controls, and delivers complex projects and programs aligned with client expectations and business needs. Projects may span multiple technology disciplines and include significant business process re-engineering efforts. The position is part of a technology Project Management Office (PMO) focused on client success, project management best practices, and continuous improvement for both the team and individual contributors. The successful candidate will help advance project delivery excellence and produce high-quality work while collaborating with a team committed to its work.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of IT project and/or program management experience.
Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies.
Stakeholder management experience.
Advanced experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Nice To Haves

PMP certification.
Experience working in a contact center environment.
