About The Position

This role will provide analysis and input into designs of FinTech solutions to support a rapidly growing business. The individual will participate in work streams in the context of delivering a Front-to-back technology solution to clients. This involves working closely with Alpha Business to establish and document implementation requirements, support testing, and ensure successful client delivery. The role requires acting as a Subject Matter Expert in Cash domains, including all business flows and data sources. Collaboration with other State Street organizations is key as part of a broad Alpha program. Communication of status and escalation through the Implementation Lead and Project Manager are essential. The position involves connecting process and data flows to technical components, working with user experience teams to ensure operational analysis applies to system design, and analyzing the system to suit business capability. Ensuring test case scenarios and test cases/feature files connect business requirements and system services is also a responsibility. Analyzing new or changed requirements, assessing enhancement extent, and analyzing integrated systems for alignment with the application and ecosystem integrity are critical. The role also includes analyzing system changes, articulating impact analysis, and risk mitigation. Coordination and collaboration with teams and stakeholders are necessary for project and support goals. Writing manuals, technical documentation, and system operational instructions as needed is part of the role. Full-time telecommuting from within the United States is permitted.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5 years of experience in middle office operations in Banking and financial industry.
• 3 years of experience with Cash Management, Accounting, Investment Book of Record.
• Proven experience in financial industry working on Front, Middle, Back Office functions.
• Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience as a system analyst working in current technology stacks.
• Proven experience in agile delivery and adhering to SDLC processes.
• Demonstrated strong communication (verbal and written) both internally and with vendors.
• Proven ability to work in a high-pressured and time sensitive environment.
