About The Position

Establish strategic business objectives, strategies, and plans in support of
Company strategic goals. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and
coordinating multiple related projects to achieve strategic business outcomes.
This role ensures alignment between project execution and enterprise objectives,
manages interdependencies, and provides integrated oversight of budgets,
resources, and risks. Establish strategic business objectives, strategies, and
plans in support of Company strategic goals. The Program Manager drives delivery
of high-impact, multi-year initiatives that balance regulatory compliance,
operational reliability, and financial performance.
