About The Position
We are seeking an IT Program Manager to join our TekSynap Defense team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or logistics project/program management with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience in Department of Defense (DoD) logistics functions, including but not limited to finance, supply, contract administration, transportation, and project management.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking.

Responsibilities
- Direct all facets of contractor support in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), to include planning, staffing, coordination, integration, and oversight to achieve schedule and performance goals.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of administrative tasks and project-related activities.
- Monitor and address project risks, validate assumptions, and resolve team or interpersonal challenges to maintain productivity.
- Provide leadership to ensure program and project objectives are met, guiding the team across all assigned responsibilities.
- Participate in strategic decision-making, offering insights and collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.
