Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years in an advanced technical project management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management disciplines
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications (MS Project)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in relevant field
  • Experience managing projects in multiple methodologies (predictive/waterfall, hybrid, and agile)
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • Agile Certification (CSM or PMI-ACP)
  • Program Management Professional Certification (PgMP)
  • Change Management Certification (Prosci)
  • Experience with the Planview ecosystem, including Planview portfolios
  • Experience supporting portfolio management, strategic planning, capacity planning, governance, or related business processes
  • Experience managing enterprise platforms, technology programs, or managed-services relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in providing policy, strategic and operational advice, and recommendations at a senior level
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, organization readiness, change management, and adoption activities on complex and high-profile issues
  • Knowledge of software engineering disciplines
  • Lean Six Sigma Certifications (LSSGB, LSSYB, LSSBB, LSS Champion)

Responsibilities

  • Develop program implementation approach and road map based on program vision articulated by project sponsor and key stakeholders, serving as Frost’s primary business liaison for Planview and related managed-services partners
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for program deliverables and workstreams
  • Lead platform governance activities including intake, prioritization, release planning, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve portfolio management, planning, capacity management, reporting, and governance processes supported by Planview.
  • Manage risks, issues & dependencies and maintain a RAID log to maximize delivery efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and provide oversight of program status to Senior leaders and work across project workstreams to prioritize and resolve high priority issues requiring escalation
  • Work productively and positively with a wide range of individuals including project managers, key organizational leaders, resource managers and stakeholders to evaluate opportunities to optimize or expand Planview capabilities to support evolving business needs
  • Use effective project and program management methodology and techniques to enable the success of the program; driving organizational readiness, communications, training, adoption, and continuous improvement related to platform capabilities
  • Develop and use assessment tools to evaluate and improve stakeholder satisfaction and program quality
