About The Position

Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Director. Here, you’ll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT. We’re seeking a Senior Director to lead large, complex IT program in the IC, ensuring high‑quality delivery, performance, and operational excellence across multiple projects and teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent
  • Active TS/SCI with poly
  • US citizenship required
  • 10+ years of IT program management experience
  • 5+ years overseeing multi-project or multi-task-order programs in the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Proven leadership of programs totaling $20M+ in contract value within the past 5 years
  • Experience managing delivery across 3+ concurrent IT projects with 25+ total staff and 5+ subcontractors or vendor partners
  • Consistent performance management, maintaining 95%+ compliance with contract SLAs/KPIs (uptime, incident response, delivery timelines) across at least four consecutive quarters
  • Strong cost and schedule control, maintaining cost variance within ±5% and delivering 85%+ of milestones on or ahead of baseline schedules over at least two years
