The IT Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the business value of technology solutions within the marketing, digital engagement, and customer experience domain by owning the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, and serving as the single point of accountability for prioritization and value realization. This role partners closely with Marketing, Digital Commerce, Loyalty, and E-Commerce teams to translate business strategies into scalable, customer-centric solutions, while acting as a domain subject-matter expert to ensure systems and processes drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Success in this role will be measured by the consistent delivery of meaningful business value, such as increased customer engagement, loyalty participation, digital conversion, and campaign effectiveness. This includes maintaining strong stakeholder satisfaction and alignment across Marketing and IT partners, ensuring backlogs and requirements are clear, well-defined, and delivery-ready. The role is also evaluated on predictability and timeliness of delivery, as well as the adoption, usability, and overall effectiveness of solutions once implemented.
