About The Position

This role involves conducting analysis for transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and developing architecture baselines. Duties include providing research and assistance with the implementation of community policies and guidance. Employees may also support business process improvements or systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements.

Requirements

Portfolio Management Experience
Strategic Planning Experience
Extensive experience in collaboration across multiple entities
TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
BS degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline
Familiarity with planning, programing, Budgeting, and execution discipline
Knowledge of key performance indicators
Strong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Work with seniors in diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment managing competing priorities
Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiarity with Counterintelligence tools
Recent experience in the IC

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their associated capabilities and Services.
Support the evolution of the Sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities.
Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues.
Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executives.
Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences.
Develop program assessment processes and methodologies.
Track, report key progress on, and analyze cost, schedule, risk and performance.
Monitor investment compliance.
Develop business cases, concepts of operations, and memoranda agreements.
Monitor, forecast, evaluate, and assess programmatic trends and relationships.
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
Develop integration and transition plans.
Conduct quality reviews of products and services.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Lead process improvement initiatives and drive team performance to meet organizational objectives.
Mentor staff to build technical proficiency and support career development.
Train new team members on program-specific processes and standards.
Support business development efforts, including proposal writing, capture activities, or client relationship management.
Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
