As an IT platform administrator, you play a critical role in the operation, maintenance, development and security of the organization’s IT platforms. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- Experience in IT platform administration
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms/technologies and security best practices
- Proficiency in Agile environments: Jira, Confluence
- Proficiency in Linux environments
- Proficiency in bash scripting, Python or similar language
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) practices
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure and maintain IT platforms (on-premises and in the cloud)
- Ensure the availability, performance and reliability of IT environments
- Manage access, permissions and security configurations
- Monitor performance and resolve incidents
- Develop and maintain automation solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks
- Document procedures and contribute to continuous improvement
- Collaborate with IT teams, users and suppliers
