About The Position

Provide technical support, set-up and implementation for all Plant Systems

Requirements

• Related On-the-Job Training/Vocational School or associate's degree
• 1-2 Yrs of direct experience preferred
• Good Organizational and communication skills. Ability to coordinate, train, manage others to accomplish goals
• Must have a valid NC driver's license
• Must be willing to work additional hours other than the core hours of 8AM - 5PM as needed
• Perform General Physical Activities requiring considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
• Able and willing to lift between 40 - 60lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in extreme cold/hot environments.
• Able to perform strenuous work in wet/damp environments.
• This position performs duties as assigned, leaving work area clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or insuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
• Develop training materials and procedures or train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
• Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
