Requirements
- Seven or more years of experience managing IT projects in manufacturing plants
- Experience working with plant systems such as MES, PLCs, robotics, or IoT
- Strong understanding of factory operations and industrial environments
- Experience delivering projects on site in active manufacturing facilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in automotive or high volume manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with industrial automation and controls systems
- Experience coordinating between IT and OT teams
Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects supporting manufacturing plant systems and operations
- Manage implementations involving MES, PLCs, robotics, IoT, and operational data platforms
- Coordinate closely with plant engineering, operations, and IT teams
- Manage system integrators and technology vendors supporting plant initiatives
- Ensure deployments are executed safely and with minimal production disruption
- Support testing, commissioning, and stabilization of plant systems
- Drive adoption and operational readiness post implementation
