U.S. Bank is seeking an accomplished IT Operations Manager to contribute to the success of our technology initiatives. This role is responsible for leading vulnerability operations within the Employee Technology Experience (ETE) organization, with a focus on operational efficiency, modernization, and continuous improvement in a complex, multi‑platform enterprise environment. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to teams responsible for vulnerability remediation and endpoint operational processes, helping modernize how work is planned, executed, and measured. This leader will partner closely with technology, security, and platform teams to improve outcomes through improved processes, automation, and effective use of modern tools and capabilities. Legacy processes are simplified, automated, or removed, operational teams demonstrate measurable improvements in efficiency and consistency, leadership has improved visibility into vulnerability and operational health, and vulnerabilities are remediated more quickly and effectively, reducing risk to systems and employees. Leaders at U.S. Bank demonstrate integrity, accountability, and respect for others, inspire trust, and communicate effectively across diverse teams.
