About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Operations Lead to support and maintain our internal technology environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our IT systems, networks, and end-user devices. The ideal candidate has approximately 3-5 years of hands-on IT experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting both onsite and remote employees, as well as assisting with new office setups.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems administration
  • Hands-on experience with Rippling’s IT module for device management and access provisioning
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN)
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack)
  • Experience with endpoint management and MDM tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Experience supporting office expansions or new location launches
  • Exposure to security best practices and compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Provision, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Administer and manage device lifecycle and user provisioning through Rippling’s IT module
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across core systems (email, collaboration tools, SaaS platforms)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring secure and timely access setup and removal
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues
  • Assist with maintaining wired and wireless office networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Support and help coordinate new office setups, including internet service provisioning, network deployment, structured cabling coordination, and vendor management
  • Assist in deploying and maintaining audio-visual (AV) systems in conference rooms, including video conferencing tools, displays, and collaboration equipment
  • Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to endpoints and systems
  • Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT processes and procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, internet services, AV installations, and technical support
  • Participate in incident response and escalate issues when necessary
