About The Position

Support of internal IT infrastructure as an L3 engineer. This role involves the investigation, resolution, and documentation of incidents, as well as the deployment and maintenance of both corporate cloud services (such as payments, policy management, and data backup) and on-premises services (including backup, services, monitoring, logging, and metrics).

Requirements

• Experience working with Linux-based operating systems (we use Ubuntu Server).
• Experience in deploying and administering web services (proxying, ensuring high availability, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
• Experience with web servers (Apache/Nginx).
• Experience working with Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud workspaces (policies, API, SAML, SCIM, etc.).
• Experience with cloud workspaces such as Google Workspace, Yandex 360, etc. (federations, SSO, policy and object management).
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice To Haves

• Python/Bash.
• Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Selectel, Yandex.Cloud, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of computer networking technologies.
