About The Position

As an IT Operations Analyst with OMES you will enjoy: Generous leave including 15 days of vacation, 15 days of sick leave and 11 paid holidays annually. This is a full-time, on-site, 40-hour per week position, to include on-call support of supervisors and team as needed. Working hours are 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM. Working days are Tuesday - Saturday. Supports the Information Services Division. Sponsorship: At this time, we cannot offer sponsorship now or in the future. Salary is up to $55,000 based on education and experience.

Requirements

• 60 semester hours toward an information technology degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience in a related field for each year of the required education.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboard pages, Teams channels, email for unreachable devices and incidents assigned to the team
• Create, update, and close incidents as needed to support the incident response process
• Work with Service Desk and other Infrastructure groups to provide timely resolution to incidents in a collaborative manner
• Fulfill requests while providing quality, timely and courteous customer support
• Research and recommend changes and enhancements to current monitoring system(s)
• Create, update, and maintain documentation related to monitoring processes, updates, changes, and daily operations
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Participate in daily status and change management meetings
• Provide after-hours support as necessary, team is 24/7
• Participate as a team member
