Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintains task-based queue for completed tickets in the order received or based on criticality.
• Provides support for installations, troubleshoots local applications, and database issues.
• Assists Sr. Operations Engineers with designing and implementing new solutions.
• Assists in maintaining and updating documentation.
• Administers onsite and remote assistance.
• Participates in planning, daily meetings, and backlogs sessions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
