About The Position

WEC Business Services LLC, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an IT Network/Telecom Analyst (IT Infrastructure Consultant) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Green Bay, Wisconsin or Chicago, Illinois. This position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time regularly spent in the office. This position is part of a job family (Associate IT Infrastructure Consultant, IT Infrastructure Consultant, and Senior IT Infrastructure Consultant) where experience will be the determining factor. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Willingness to travel within WEC Energy Group’s service territory based on project needs

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field
Experience with Cisco Infrastructure
Knowledge of Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Checkpoint Firewalls
Knowledge of Cisco ACI Infrastructure
Knowledge of VoIP Technologies
Network Certification(s)

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain WEC’s data and telecommunications network
Collaborate with business partners and other IT Teams to deliver and maintain network-centric business-facing solutions
Develop and implement a multi-year strategic plan for each network and telecommunications pillar
Develop and maintain productive relationships with strategic partners
Participate in a 24x7 on-call support role on a rotating basis
