About The Position

Radius Packaging is seeking an IT Network Support Specialist to join our team. This position serves as the primary technical support resource for end-users and is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues across the organization. This role is located onsite in New Berlin, WI and requires flexibility to support business operations in New Berlin, Delavan and West Allis, including after-hours support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2–5 years of hands-on IT support experience in a business or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting multi-site networks and end-users preferred.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, mobile devices, and technical infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and act as a self-starter.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and willingness to assist others.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skill set.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Determine appropriate solutions, obtaining clarification when necessary.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain end-user computers, mobile devices, and related equipment.
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory.
  • Maintain IT asset tracking and Access database records.
  • Utilize remote troubleshooting tools to support all company locations.
  • Monitor, interface with, configure, and manage systems using dashboards and administrative tools.
  • Support and maintain uptime of the ERP system and organizational network.
  • Work with external vendors to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Create and maintain IT instructional documentation for both the IT team and end-users.
  • Relay detailed resolution notes and updates to the IT Manager and team.
  • Develop IT presentations and slides for quarterly business meetings.
  • Provide after-hours support, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Work a minimum of 45 hours per week.
  • Maintain compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality requirements.
  • Actively support other teams and assist with open tasks and IT-related projects as needed.
