Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • 2-4 years of experience in related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with Azure AD and Office 365
  • Experience with network troubleshooting
  • Experience with PC troubleshooting and repair
  • Great customer service and documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, graphic design tools, and presentation platforms
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule

Nice To Haves

  • A+, N+ and MCP certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supports in-person and remote end-users with technical issues and documents resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Troubleshoots and manages Office 365 users and applications
  • Maintains Windows Server applications and roles
  • Supports and installs network hardware: switches, routers, servers, workstations, laptops, copiers and fiber equipment.
  • Troubleshoots and responds to network performance and outages.
  • Assesses computer equipment operability and processes replacements as required.
  • Manages short and long-term technical projects.
  • Performs upgrades of hardware and software for various systems.
