This is an on-site, learning-oriented seat. The intern will shadow and assist senior engineers and help desk staff while taking on hands-on tasks under supervision. The emphasis is on exposure to the day-to-day rhythm of an MSP — ticket flow, client communication, hardware lifecycle, and basic systems administration — so the intern leaves with a realistic understanding of the IT consulting business and a foundation of practical skills.
