About The Position

We are looking to hire a candidate with the mentioned skill sets and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 12 month contracting role, with potential for extension. We are seeking an IT Manufacturing Validation Analyst to support validation, quality, automation, and compliance activities within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT/Manufacturing validation, Quality processes, CAPA, test automation, and data visualization.

Requirements

5+ years of IT, validation, quality, QA, or related experience.
Hands-on experience with IT/Manufacturing validation
Experience in Quality Assurance, testing and validation within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
Experience with CAPA processes.
Hands-on experience with automation tools , preferably UiPath and Power Automate .
Experience with software/application testing and test documentation.
Hands-on Power BI experience, including dashboards, reporting, and data visualization.
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional IT, manufacturing, quality, and business teams.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or other regulated manufacturing environments .
Knowledge of GxP, CSV, GMP or related regulatory/compliance requirements .
Experience with automated testing frameworks and QA automation.
Familiarity with electronic quality management systems and change-control processes.

Responsibilities

Support IT and manufacturing validation activities for systems, applications, and automated processes.
Develop and execute validation documentation, test plans, test scripts, test cases, and validation protocols.
Support Quality Assurance (QA) activities, including testing, defect tracking, investigation, and resolution.
Participate in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities and help ensure timely remediation and documentation.
Perform validation and testing of manufacturing-related applications and systems.
Support test automation using tools such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated testing workflows for manufacturing/IT applications.
Collaborate with IT, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and business teams to ensure systems meet quality and compliance requirements.
Analyze testing and operational data and create Power BI dashboards and visualizations to support quality and manufacturing reporting.
Maintain appropriate validation and quality documentation in accordance with established procedures and compliance requirements.
Identify process improvements and opportunities to increase testing and validation efficiency through automation.
