About The Position

We are seeking an IT Manager to own and manage the full lifecycle of local IT service delivery, including end-user support, infrastructure administration, security and compliance, physical hardware management, and IT project execution, in alignment with the strategies defined by local leadership and the standards and policies defined by Anticimex Inc IT. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable supporting a variety of technologies. Be part of a company with over 50 years of experience protecting homes and families in the greater Seattle area. Make a difference every day by helping homeowners prevent rodent infestations. Enjoy a positive team culture, complete with robust benefits and ongoing training.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, with at least 2 years in a role with broad ownership of IT operations in a multi-site or distributed environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Proficiency in Entra ID / Active Directory, including user provisioning, group management, OU administration, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with endpoint and device management platforms, remote support utilities, and device lifecycle management
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure - switches, wireless access points, and firewalls - with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and manage ISP relationships.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint security practices, including antivirus, encryption, patch management, and compliance monitoring.
  • Experience with IT asset tracking, hardware lifecycle management, and procurement coordination through approved channels.
  • Familiarity with ITSM ticketing platforms and a disciplined approach to queue and SLA management.
  • Experience managing IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, hardware deployment, and HR coordination.
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and server administration.
  • A track record of owning or contributing to IT documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single accountable IT owner for the platform, overseeing all aspects of local IT service delivery, infrastructure, security, and compliance in alignment with Inc IT-defined standards, policies, and SOPs — these are regional requirements, not locally discretionary.
  • Maintain day-to-day platform infrastructure including network connectivity, endpoint health, Active Directory/Entra ID, M365, print services, DNS, and DHCP within the platform's OU scope.
  • Own Tier 1 end-user support as part of the IT Service Delivery Team — triaging, prioritizing, and resolving incidents and service requests via phone, web portal, and email in accordance with defined SLAs.
  • Perform server administration, preventative maintenance, and endpoint security management, including patch management, antivirus updates, and system health monitoring for servers and workstations.
  • Monitor the local network for outages and performance issues; proactively report to Inc IT and manage primary and secondary ISP relationships.
  • Partner with onboarding teams, hiring managers, and vendors to plan and execute new hires, system migrations, and IT deployments, including conducting IT onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
  • Perform site assessments to determine hardware, software, networking, and peripheral requirements for new or existing facilities.
  • Track and maintain accurate IT asset records, including shipping and receiving of equipment, and manage vendor escalations for application issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the platform IT function.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
