About The Position

As IT Manager, you will build a multi-skilled team in Denver, enhancing support for global operations, manage local infrastructure, and balance ongoing tasks with collaboration across UK teams. We are expanding the IT Support, End User Technology, Infrastructure, and Network Operations teams in our Denver office to provide additional onsite support for our global business, complementing our existing teams in the UK and local resources in Colombia and New Jersey. You will collaborate with the UK Technology Management team to build a multi-skilled technical team across these locations. The team will serve as an extension of our UK technical teams, supporting key platforms and managing local infrastructure under centralised guidance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to recruit, build, and develop a cross-functional team, balancing local support with global collaboration. You will manage work schedules and project tasks alongside operational maintenance activities, ensuring your team can resolve issues, with on-call support from the wider Technology function.

  • Build and manage IT capabilities in Denver, New Jersey, and Colombia, including team recruitment, coaching and development.
  • Collaborate with centralised technical domains in the UK to enhance processes that integrate seamlessly with the overall Technology function.
  • Implement controls and monitoring procedures to ensure critical system availability and minimise service interruptions.
  • Act as an escalation point in the incident management process, coordinating efforts across multiple technology teams and proactively resolving technical incidents.
  • Produce metrics and reports that provide insight into platform performance.
  • Manage local vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to the technology roadmap and strategy for the provision of services.
  • Collaborate and facilitate with other infrastructure technical teams to support the transition from design to delivery into run operations.
