About The Position
Our client is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations and support business technology needs. This role is a mix of leadership and hands-on support, focused on performance, mentoring teams, and ensuring reliable systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience with prior management experience
- Strong experience in Microsoft environments and enterprise systems
- Experience with networking, telecom, and remote access tools
- Solid communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations and system performance
- Act as the escalation point for technical issues
- Partner with leadership to align IT with business needs
- Manage assets, infrastructure, and local network operations
- Lead, mentor, and support IT staff
- Drive service quality, uptime, and continuous improvement
