About The Position

The IT Supervisor is responsible for assisting Pipe View, LLC Teammates with all technology issues, problems, maintenance, and equipment set up. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, associate’s degree, or 1-2 years’ experience working in the field preferred.
  • Mobile Device Management software (Mosyle, JAMF)
  • Familiarity with at least one ticketing system (ZohoDesk)
  • Apply networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi Routers and Switches)
  • Hands-on experience with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and macOS laptops and desktops, iPads, and iPhones.
  • Follow cybersecurity best practices: Phishing awareness and endpoint protection.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes is required.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with superior communication skills is required.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Commitment to Pipe View America’s core values, mission, and programs is required.

Nice To Haves

  • MDM Software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve all the issues our Teammates are facing and providing them solutions as quickly as possible.
  • Answer and fulfil any help desk tickets.
  • Assist in networking and new device set up (Apple, Microsoft, Mobile, and Desktop).
