As the IT Manager , you’ll serve as the driving force behind the resort’s technology infrastructure. Leveraging your expertise in hospitality systems and information technology, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all property-based technology systems. Working closely with hotel leadership and end users across departments, you will ensure that the resort’s technology operates efficiently, securely, and in alignment with PCH Hotels & Resorts and Marriott standards. Your technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative approach will help keep operations running smoothly while supporting innovation and service excellence throughout the property.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT or systems management role preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional system or network certifications are highly desired.
  • Hospitality technology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Technology Operations & Systems Management: Oversee all property-based technology systems in alignment with PCH Hotels & Resorts and Marriott standards, ensuring reliable performance, security, and optimal functionality across the resort.
  • Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance: Manage and maintain computer networks, hardware, software, backup systems, generators, and UPS infrastructure to ensure consistent system performance and successful data recovery processes.
  • Technical Support & Problem Resolution: Provide timely technical support to property associates, analyze system performance, identify trends or issues, and implement proactive solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Technology Planning & Implementation: Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software, ensuring systems effectively support both operational needs and guest service delivery.
  • Asset, Vendor & Project Management: Maintain accurate inventories of IT hardware and software, ensure licensing compliance, and manage vendor relationships and technology projects to meet timelines and property standards.
  • Communication, Compliance & Strategic Support: Communicate system updates and guidance to property users, ensure adherence to company technology policies and security standards, assist with connectivity needs for group events, and support the development and management of the property IT budget.
