Reporting to the Senior Director IT, the IT Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the technology infrastructure that supports Acuitas’s operations. This includes the maintenance of hardware, software, networks, databases, and communication systems for office, laboratory, and remote based employees; ensuring that these systems are secure, efficient, and capable of supporting business objectives. The position holder Identifies, prioritizes and resolves reported problems utilizing internal employees and outsourced service providers, providing first class IT support to all Acuitas teams and employees.
