Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 15+ years of experience in Information Technology with at least 3 years of related supervisory or management experience in Information Technology management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core IT functions, including application support, software engineering, QA/QC, business analysis, and database administration.
• Establish and enforce corporate technical standards and procedures, applying creative problem-solving to complex technical and management challenges.
• Drive policy formation and high-level decision-making; manage large-scale resource allocation and coordinate complex technical assignments.
• Lead personnel and manage project lifecycles to ensure successful delivery.
• Direct the administration and maintenance of company infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Partner with diverse business units and stakeholders to execute the IT organization’s strategic goals.
• Identify and implement enhancements across all areas of IT responsibility.
• Actively coach and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and internal accountability.
