IT Manager, Business Systems & Infrastructure
About The Position
The IT Manager is responsible for leading the company’s information technology function, ensuring that enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business applications effectively support operational execution, growth, and strategic priorities. This role leads a team of internal IT professionals and serves as the primary liaison between IT and business functions including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, HR, and Executive Leadership. The IT Manager will oversee daily IT operations while driving system improvements, ERP optimization, business intelligence capabilities, and long-term technology roadmap development. This is in-office position in East Rutherford, NJ 4x a week
Requirements
- 7–10+ years IT experience
- 3–5+ years leadership experience
- ERP leadership experience required and experience managing cross-functional business systems
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
- Manufacturing / food / CPG environment strongly preferred
- Experience with Google, AWS or Microsoft/Azure cloud solutions
- Knowledge of database structures, configurations and administration including SQL and Microsoft Azure database
- Experience working with integrations between systems (ERP, HR systems, APIs, etc.)
- Experience improving or automating business processes
