We're seeking an experienced IT management coach to work with professionals looking to grow their careers in IT leadership. This role includes guidance on IT strategy, IT governance, IT infrastructure management, IT project management, and IT security. Coaches also help clients navigate their career path with resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, networking strategy, promotion strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building. Ideal candidates have hands-on IT management or leadership experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their expertise and their career. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on IT strategy, IT governance, IT infrastructure management, IT project management, and IT security.
