We're seeking an experienced management consulting coach to work with professionals and aspiring consultants looking to break into and grow within the industry. This role includes case interview prep, case math, frameworks, presentations, and behavioral interview prep, as well as helping clients build fluency in AI fundamentals, AI strategy & plans development, AI deck building, and AI automation to work smarter. Coaches also support clients with job search strategies, resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, networking strategy, promotion strategy, salary negotiation, general exploration, and ongoing skill building. Ideal candidates have hands-on management consulting experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their expertise and their career. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

Responsibilities

• Provide case interview prep, case math, frameworks, and presentation coaching.
• Coach clients on behavioral interview preparation.
• Help clients build fluency in AI fundamentals, AI strategy & plans development, AI deck building, and AI automation.
• Support clients with job search strategies, resume review, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile optimization.
• Advise clients on networking strategy, promotion strategy, and salary negotiation.
• Assist clients with general career exploration and ongoing skill building.
• Set own hours and rates for coaching sessions.
• Host coaching sessions virtually.
• Partner with the Leland team to deliver a high-quality, supportive client experience.
