RSM is seeking an IT M&A Due Diligence Supervisor to join the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, nationally award winning practice that is experiencing exceptional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years of experience.
• Experience supporting IT application or infrastructure initiatives.

• Experience supporting transaction-related or diligence engagements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in technology and security due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients.
• Evaluates technology strategy, systems, infrastructure, and controls to identify transaction risks and issues.
• Supports development of diligence findings and planning deliverables for carve-out and integration transactions.
• Contributes to preparation of value-focused diligence reports and client deliverables.
• Collaborates with engagement team members to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Supports coaching and review of junior team members’ work.
