About The Position

The HOP IT Team acts as a trusted partner to the Dayton Service Center and other business partners of Hermès Americas, leading comprehensive technology delivery and innovation across Logistics Support and Services. As a member of the IT Logistics Services team, you will monitor and support the Manhattan Active WMS. This role involves troubleshooting system configuration issues related to inbound/outbound process flows and rule adjustments. Daily support of hardware issues at the Dayton SC location is required to ensure they are properly maintained and operational. You will also monitor data integration between the MHE (Kardex) and Active, troubleshoot data integration issues, and collaborate with the business team to update new store setup and other data as required. This includes conducting weekly meetings with the business to discuss open issues and resolutions, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT or warehouse environment, including hands-on internship experience.
  • Dedication in providing an outstanding level of service.
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and business relationship management.
  • Service-oriented mindset; “can-do!” attitude.

  • BA or equivalent in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support the Manhattan Active WMS.
  • Troubleshoot system configuration issues related to inbound/outbound process flows and rule adjustments.
  • Provide daily support for hardware issues (PCs, RF devices, printers, weight scale, etc.) to ensure they are properly maintained and operational.
  • Monitor data integration between the MHE (Kardex) and Active.
  • Troubleshoot data integration issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with the business team to update new store setup and other data updates as required.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the business to discuss open issues and resolutions.
  • Oversee system configurations and develop new process flows and rules.
  • Troubleshoot and monitor MHE (Kardex) integration disruptions.
  • Maintain new store setup and data integrity.
  • Partner with the Dayton team on weekly issues review.
  • Monitor and support daily data integration issues.
  • Report and escalate hardware shortages and/or preparation for Holidays and special events.
  • Support Integration developments and data preparation for testing.
  • Troubleshoot any systems and hardware related problems and escalate urgent/complex cases to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Document all system resolutions for future reference.
  • Monitor data integration flow between systems and resolve issues accordingly.
