Foley Hoag is seeking an IT Learning & User Experience Specialist to help shape how our employees engage with technology across the firm. This role sits at the intersection of training, user experience, and digital content creation—focused on making complex systems intuitive, accessible, and easy to adopt. You will partner closely with IT, support teams, and end users to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that drive adoption, improve efficiency, and enhance overall satisfaction with the firm’s technology ecosystem. This includes creating innovative, interactive e-learning content and leveraging modern microlearning strategies to meet users where they are. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in our Boston or New York office at least three days per week to foster collaboration and connection. Onsite expectations and specific days may evolve depending on team and business needs.
