Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or technology field (completed and verified prior to start)
Five (5) years of Data Conversion Services experience in large scale projects in a private, public, government or military environment
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

Leading and supporting data conversion strategy and execution for system implementations or upgrades
Analyzing source and target data structures, mappings, and transformation requirements
Coordinating with business, IT, and vendor teams to define conversion rules and validate outcomes
Managing data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and load activities
Identifying data quality issues and driving remediation efforts
Overseeing testing activities, including mock conversions, reconciliation, and validation
Monitoring project timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution related to conversion work
Documenting mapping specifications, conversion logic, and process controls
Supporting cutover planning and post-go-live data stabilization
Ensuring compliance with governance, security, and data management standards
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
