Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience supporting IT projects, business analysis, systems implementation, or similar.
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps); basic familiarity with project/work management tooling (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Organization, communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
  • Associate’s degree in information technology, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Agile ceremonies or project documentation.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Exposure to requirements gathering or stakeholder engagement.
  • Exposure to Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews) and project documentation (charters, plans, RAID logs).
  • Familiarity with Confluence or similar documentation tools; interest in CAPM, PMP, or Agile certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Performs routine aspects of the position and is supervised by higher level team members.
  • Supports business process and system analysis activities.
  • Assists with documentation, planning, and coordination tasks.
  • Contributes to project improvement initiatives without full ownership of workstreams.
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects across the SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, etc.).
  • Assist in building project schedules, defining task execution procedures, and assessing staffing and resource needs.
  • Convert user requirements and business needs into actionable work items.
  • Support development teams by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and monitoring deliverable quality.
  • Participate in stakeholder reviews and help secure customer approval for deliverables.
  • Provide daily project support, including status updates, technical and financial reporting, and progress tracking for leadership.
  • Assist in developing and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Support project meetings, risk and issue tracking, and change management activities.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and end users to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and operational coordination across the project.
