What You'll Do: Provide first-level technical support to staff and residents, troubleshooting computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other devices, including help with Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Teams, Word, and OneDrive. Diagnose Wi-Fi connectivity issues, assist with wireless network testing, and help configure devices for the community network. Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals, including basic maintenance like toner replacement. Help set up and troubleshoot smart TVs, streaming devices, smart speakers, network-connected cameras, and other IoT devices. Assist with equipment deployment, asset inventory, and workstation setups/relocations. Deliver responsive, professional customer service, clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical users and escalating complex issues when needed. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field (required).
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and Windows operating systems (required).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (required).
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work both independently and on a team (required).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, or mobile devices (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Wi-Fi networking concepts and Microsoft 365 products (preferred).
  • Interest in healthcare, senior living, or customer-focused tech support (preferred).
